All appointments will be triaged by a member of clinical staff. In many cases we are asking patients to wait in their car and telephone the practice to let us know they have arrived.
If directed to wait in your car then a doctor or nurse will come to fetch you when they are ready to see you. You may be asked to park in a specific area of the car park.
If you are asked to check in at reception and wait in the waiting room then please note that the automatic check in machine has been deactivated – please approach reception and one of our staff will book you in. Please keep a distance of more than 2m from the receptionists and all other people in the surgery. Please attend alone if possible.
If you need to speak to a receptionist privately please return home or to your car and telephone the surgery on 01359 240 298.
The waiting room seating has been rearranged to allow you to maintain social distancing guidance while waiting for your appointment.
