Christmas Prescriptions

  • Are you worrying about getting your medicines over
  • the Festive Period?
  • Please don’t panic!

Every year the number of requests for prescriptions nearly doubles over the Christmas and New Year period. This leads to a lots of strain on our fantastic Pharmacy and dispensary staff as they try to keep up. This is turn leads to longer queues and waits for patients – something none of us want. Please help us to help you.

Woolpit Health Centre is open as normal over the Holiday period, apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

You can use the ‘managed repeat’ system or the 24 hour collection point if this makes it easier for you.

We reserve the right to remove any comments or block accounts that breach our social media guidelines.

Our social media guidelines are:

  1.  Do not use social media to ask for medical assistance or make a complaint.
  2.  Do not post messages or comments that are deemed to be any of the following:
  •  abusive
  •  defamatory
  •  harassing
  •  harmful
  •  libellous
  •  racially offensive
  •  sexually offensive
  •  unlawful
  •  spam

3.    Do not swear.

4.    Do not make offensive remarks about someone else.
